Endur Sports Refund Policy

Our return policy is applicable for a period of 14 calendar days starting from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund within this period, the following conditions must be met. Please be aware that if the 14-day window has passed, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund.

 

Refund Requirements:

 

To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:

– The product is defective

– The product does not match its description

– The product must remain unopened

– The product must be in its original packaging

– The product must remain unused

– The product must not be damaged

 

To verify that these criteria have been met, all returns will undergo an inspection. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right to decline a refund.

 

Proof of Purchase:

 

To process your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or another form of proof of purchase. Please be aware that without this documentation, we will not be able to issue a refund, but we will provide you with a store credit instead.

 

Sale and Clearance Items:

 

Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns.

Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

 

Shipping of Items:

 

Prior to returning an order, please contact us. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the items you wish to return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

It is important to ensure that the goods are appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is discovered to be damaged or used beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, we may reject the refund. Additionally, all refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
